Application Process

1. Carefully read ALL of the information in this section, including Objectives, Eligibility, Destinations, Costs, Specific Rules and General Obligations. This information can also be downloaded as a PDF document to read offline by clicking on the link below left.
    
2. If you believe you are eligible and can meet the requirements for an exchange, go to the Applications page and follow the instructions to select a Rotary Club and download the Application Form.
    
3. Complete the Form IN FULL (all 3 pages) entering data in all necessary fields, and ensuring you provide all requested information.
    
4. Print the completed Application Form, ensuring all necessary signatures and attachments are included, and mail it to the selected Rotary Club using the contact details provided.

The Western Australian Rotary Youth Exchange site emcompasses Rotary Youth Exchange for all three WA Rotary Districts 9450. 9460 and 9470.
