Information for Rotary Clubs

The materials below are intended for use by Clubs in achieving certification and promoting the Youth Exchange program to schools and within the community and the Club itself. These materials are in Adobe Acrobat PDF file format and can be accessed by clicking on the relevant link below:

• Rotary Youth Exchange in a Nutshell. Essential information to assist WA Rotary Clubs to understand and implement the Rotary International Youth Exchange Certification processes.
   
• Rotary Youth Exchange Club and District Certification. The background information, forms, criteria and checklists that clubs need to implement the required RI Certification process.
   
• Youth Exchange Program flyer. Provides useful information about the YE program, and how Clubs and individual Rotarians can get involved in the program.
   
• Application advice. A one-page flyer advising that applications are now being accepted. Includes contact information and could be used to hand out to prospective applicants.
   
• School poster. An eye-catching poster for use in schools in promoting YE to students.
